Shipping & Return Policy


All Canada and US shipping is currently done through UPS, except for those with a PO Box. If you require shipping to a PO Box, we will ship via Canada Post/USPS respectively. We offer a 15% discount on all shipping rates, that is calculated at the checkout page.

Free Shipping is offered on qualifying orders $59+ CAD.
Free shipping selection will be offered at time of checkout, if your order qualifies for the discount. 
Duties and taxes may be charges through customs broker on US orders, and are the responsibility of the customer. 

Due to the high cost of shipping, we cannot offer Free Shipping to:

  • Northwest Territories, and remote northern addresses. 
  • Large brim hats, and select merchandise. 

We do not ship to Storage Units. Shipping charges vary depending on the location, size, and weight of the package.

If you live within the Penetanguishene, Tiny, Midland, Tay, Barrie & surrounding area, you may qualify for Local Delivery/Porch Drop off. Please click here for more details on Local Delivery. 

We fulfill & ship your order within 1-3 business days. All items are carefully inspected, cleaned, wrapped and packaged before being sent. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7-10 days of placing your order, please refer to the tracking number in the confirmation email - or e-mail us, and we will be sure to update you on the whereabouts of your parcel. 


Returns & Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We are unable to provide a refund or return on:

  • Headwear and Apparel
  • Razor Blades, Razors & other tools used for shaving
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
